Terms and Conditions

MK29 Detailing provides premium car care services including ceramic coating, graphene coating, hydrophobic coating, paint protection film (PPF), interior detailing, exterior detailing, polishing, foam wash and related treatments. Service descriptions on our website are for general information; final scope and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

• Bookings can be made by phone, website enquiry or in person.
• A quote shared by us is an estimate and may be revised after physical inspection of the vehicle.
• We will confirm your appointment date and time before the service begins.

• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information.
• Remove all personal belongings, valuables and documents from the vehicle before the service. MK29 Detailing is not responsible for any cash, valuables or items left in the car.
• Inform us of any existing damage, modifications or paint issues before work starts.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment terms are described in our Payment Policy. We reserve the right to revise pricing without prior notice.

• We follow professional, multi-stage processes using products from trusted brands such as XPEL, 3M and Aegis.
• Coating and PPF services may carry a manufacturer or service warranty, which will be communicated at the time of service. Warranties cover defined defects only and exclude damage from accidents, misuse, harsh chemicals or improper aftercare.
• Results may vary depending on the vehicle's age, paint condition and prior treatments.

MK29 Detailing is not liable for pre-existing defects, hidden damage, mechanical or electrical faults, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service paid for the affected vehicle.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
